I hav a 99 c5...I installed new plugs(ngk)/wires/(taylor 10.4)...car runs great but has developed a little hiccup or miss whenever at idle in gear...tech chkd codes and said #4 was culprit...changed coil pak and plug(which still looked ok)but problem still persists(note;after I did tune up eng ran great/no issues)any thoughts on what to look at next? thanks

You either wrecked a plug or wire. Process of elimination; swap #4 wire with another and see if the problem follows the wire. Repeat with the plug if the wire trace doesn't solve the problem.
