I guess it would depend on the price....previous Hal GP's really weren't impressive. A $750-$800 price point does seem to move thes things off the shelfs. I think a GP could do well if a sub $700 price is at all possible. JM2Pennies
What is adjustable? Rebound only? How does the degree of adjustability fit with various stock shocks? By which I mean for example, the HALs provide xx% more dampening at max setting than base stock shocks and xx% less than stock at minimum. How would a set of Bilstein Sports slot into the adjustment available, etc.?
I'd think many would like such data so that they could get a realistic idea of what they may be buying.
I don't rememeber the exact numbers but I run HAL QA1 12 ways on my Lightning road race truck. setting 1 floats like a butterfly almost no shock affect at all, and 12 rides past dump truck stiff. On the street I use 7-9 up front 10 on track, rear is 5-7 on the street 7-8 on track. Absolutely love them :yesnod: :seeya
RCswish: Hal's prices went up as of 3/1 so those prices may have been at the old price structure. If not they were losing money. Our GP price for 10 or more orders is $879.99 for a set of four. This GP will be listed on our site tomorrow and will be running until Wednesday, November 13th.
