Default Check Engine Light

Check engine light came on today after a short trip. Checked the ICP display and found DTC P0410c (air system B) as being current. I reset the code and will drive the car again to see if it comes back. This is the second time in the last year this same code has appeared. I have an after market MAF and Throttle body with RAM air. :mad
Thanks for your help

I meant to ask for assistance with this problem. I don't know what the code means. I have not had an opportunity to drive the car since I am working this weekend. If anyone knows what this is, I ask for you help in resolving it.
Thanks, Orbit :conehead

Hi! Welcome to the forum. I'm not at home and can't get to my code list, but I think this may indicate a check-valve in the A.I.R. system. Perhaps a search of the archives would help.

On 11/14/02 I finally got the car to the shop. The dealer found the positive terminal on the battery broken which had leaked acid onto a vacuum line to the air pump creating a hole which caused the code P0140 to come on. The right inner fender well was removed and all acid cleaned from the area and the line replaced along with the battery. The replacement battery was a 78-7yr battery. Hope it doesn't have the same problem after 30 months of service. WOW. And I thought Chevrolet had built a better Corvette! I am totally disgusted with everything that seems to go wrong with this car. :mad
