C5 won't turn over with key
02 will not turn over with key. I can jump the starter solenoid and theft relay and it will turn over. But it doesn't sound like it's firing. Fuel pump comes on. I installed a new bcm after a no bcm comm code. Did the key on/off like instructions said. Then got remove key 10 sec message. I've checked ign switch, neutral switch, fuses and charged NEW battery. I've checked the plugs in the door accordion and bypassed the key chip sensor. Thinking there is something I'm missing please help. Thank you.

Yes what is the security light doing, is it turning off before you turn the key to start/crank. The BCM provides the ground connection to the TDR coil if the vats is working correctly, while 12 volts is sent out of the ignition switch thru the neutral safety switch if it's an auto, or thru the clutch depressed switch if it's a manual to the other side of the TDR coil. When you jumper the starter solenoid or the TDR to get the engine to crank is the key in the On position?
