Hey Guys, I've already done the seach but probably did'nt find everything. This car see's Mostly Drag Racing ( 3000 miles on OD- about 100 Passes) Not a Daily Driver.
Following Rangers advice... I have already been doing the Routine Clutch Resevoir fluid chane. And I'm having Clutch pedal woes anyway. Pedal does'nt come up & cannot get it in gear until I pull the pedal up with foot. I'm fixin to start using ATE Super Blue in the Resevoir now instead of the GM clutch fluid. So, I'm researching Ram 910 vs. Mc Cleod Twin as I do not plan to have to deal with this come spring.
1.I am looking for a clutch that will Hold with MT's & take repeated lanches.
2. I would like to have a clutch that I can learn to slip a little,But can Bite Hard!
3. I'm not too worried about Chatter.
4. I would like it to be somewhat streetable as I do Cruise around.
Please, give me some feedback on these 2 Clutches and who carries the best Complete Package. I will want to Order in about 4 weeks but I need to know exactly what I want for my needs.
Thanks, Cecil :seeya
What is the differences between buy each part (flywheel, pressure plate, disc) separately and the VDS system? Why is there a huge price gap between the two routes?
