Default 02 C5 driver seat issue

My lumbar and side bolster switches stopped working. Everything else still works. Any ideas on what could be causing this, and a fix for it?

I guess it is your driver side seat that has the problem.
Check if you have 12volt from fuse 4 terminal 20 on the switch driver ,also check if you have 12 volt from fuse 3 on to the
K terminal on the seat Pump driver and also if you have good ground on terminal K on the Seat pump driver from ground G205 (behind driver seat ):

Do I need to remove the seat to check all of this? Trying to understand your instructions. I apologize for my ignorance. Thanks for your help.

Before you tear into the wiring and electrical checks just listen carefully under the seat and see if the pump is running when you press the switch. If the pump is working then the problem is in the air tubes or the air bladders. If not working you are back to checking the electrical stuff.

Have you checked if those two fuses they are OK (Fuse 3 and Fuse 4 ) ?

If their are OK , I would have removed the seat out of the car to get better working conditions . ( 4 nuts and two plugs then the seat is out)

Here are a couple of photoes from when I replaced my seat covers and overview of the pins in these plugsHere are a couple of photoes from when I replaced my seat covers and overview of the pins in these plugs

So. Finally removed the seat to try to address this issue. Before I get into the wiring checking here's what I found. The switches for both lumbar supports and the switch for the side bolsters are dead. However, when I unplug the air hose from the motor the motor starts running. As soon as I disconnect the hose it stops running. Could it possibly be a bad motor? I attached some photos for what it's worth.
