Default No code driveability problem....

I was wondering if anyone else here has ever experienced this, my '01 coupe has been exhibiting some strange symptoms at WOT. I occasionally experience a bog, then the car will resume accelerating normally. According to autotap, my throttle angle is intermittently dropping to 40-60% at WOT, with no change in MAF readings so I know the throttle blade is open all the way. My O2s also act up at the same time, so I checked all the system grounds (the O2 and TPS use seperate grounds, G105 and G106 if I remember correctly). The battery cables and alternator connections are tight, and the PCM does not have any signs of water or acid intrusion. All of the pins in the PCM connector are good, with good fit. There is no AC ripple voltage present in the system with the engine running. I checked the TPS and the voltage was good throughout the sweep, and no spikes(checked using a Snap-on Vantage meter). I am leaning towards a bad PCM, but figured I'd ask here before throwing parts at it.

Thanks,
Artie

If you have a 2001 with an A4 that falls on its face at WOT,the recalibration will correct it :yesnod:
Lack of Power Following a Wide Open Throttle 4-2 or 3-2 Downshift and Subsequent 2-3 Upshift (Reprogram PCM) #02-06-04-001
Lack of Power Following a Wide Open Throttle 4-2 or 3-2 Downshift and Subsequent 2-3 Upshift (Reprogram PCM)
2001 Chevrolet Corvette With 5.7L Engine (VIN G - RPO LS1)

Condition
Some customers may comment that the engine lacks power following a wide open throttle downshift, either 3-2 or 4-2, followed by a wide open throttle 2-3 upshift.

Correction
A new service calibration is available for this condition. This calibration is available from Techline starting September 2001, on the TIS 2000 version TIS 10/2001 data update or later. Reprogram the PCM with the new calibration.

Warranty Information
For vehicles repaired under warranty, use:

Labor Operation
Description
Labor Time

J6355
Powertrain Controller-- Reprogram
0.4 hr

Thanks for chiming in  I will try the flash first, but I have a bad feeling this isn't going to cut it since this will occur during a pass down the strip with no downshifts occuring. This condition also made itself prevalent during a dyno session that was run without the car having a chance to downshift...if the flash doesn't do it, any suggestions? Thanks!
