Default Replacement PCV-manifold Elbow?

Hi All,
I was installing my new oil catch can on my 2003 z06 and noticed the rubber elbow going from the pcv to the intake manifold is cracked pretty bad. I guess that 15 year old rubber had enough.
Anyone know if you can buy just the elbow instead of the entire $100+ PCV assembly? (Part # 12573109) or even just the appropriate grommet size to fit the manifold?
Looks to have a lip toward the end (inside or outside the manifold? can't tell, guessing outside so it doesn't get sucked in.)
Thanks in advance!

If that piece is rotten you might also want to check the rubber y behind the intake. They have a tendency to rot away. If you don't mind not being all original you can replace it with this little guy. They are push lock air fittings. If memory serves it uses a 3/8 inch one. That elbow is probably available in the dorman help section of the auto parts store. If it is leaking bad when you fix it the car will run really bad. You will need to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the computer then it will all be good. Good luck with the repair.

Are you sure the 01-03 Z06's have this Y behind the intake? I've yet to see it in any of the parts diagrams and the Elite Engineering instructions only mentioned that for a different C5 model.
Appreciate the copypasta from the other thread you posted this in though.

when I did my catch can a few months ago, I eliminated this piece and used a braided hose.
I may have kept it somewhere that I would give to you, just pay for shipping
when I get home, Ill check for it.

I forgot there are 2 different PCV systems. You probably don't have the Y. Good luck finding the elbow.

Does that piece actually fill a hole? It doesn't on my 03 Z06. If not, you can use a piece of 3/8 fuel line. No need for the special end piece.

In my set up, I kept the PCV as part of the system. I bought a DORMAN 46036 PCV holder that attached to the catch can and 3/8" line from the PCV valve to the manifold.
