Default Blower motor

I just got my A/C going, put new compressor in last year, condenser, flushed evaporator and lines, new drier, ran out of R134a, bought new 30 pound tank of R134a now it's warming up, anyways now it's all good.

From May of 2013-September 2017 car was parked, so this is first time since 6 years ago having A/C.

I had forgotten this thing which may be an issue or maybe not, sometimes the blower motor drops down in speed (I usually have it full speed, it's the dual climate control by the way) temporarily, then ramps back up.

This was something I first noticed in about 2011, had the car since 2003, and don't remember it doing that until 2011.

Today I fixed GF's mom's a/c on her PT Cruiser, and that blower seems to put out a lot more air than my Corvette.

Maybe my blower has an intermittent issue, or is slowly going bad.

Do any of you ever notice your blower speed slow down and go back up?

I can hear the sound of the air pressure change, also it makes the headlights on the car dim at the same time slightly.

When I first noticed this in 2011, it was in a long drive thru at McDonald's, I assumed it was radiator/condenser fans cycling on and off, and that made the blower slow down and lights dim for a second or so.

Does this happen on other C5 Corvettes.

Don't know if this helps since your blower does turns on and mine did not. I thought blower motor blew but I had to replace the blower resistor. It's was 300 dollars just for the part.
