2003 c5 HVAC lights blink

Hey folks my old man's c5 HVAC lights blink. All of them. I couldn't find anything like this situation. So figured I'd ask.
Everything seems to work and operate correctly. Just the little lights above each button blink. Any ideas?

Blinking or flickering lights are usually caused by a bad ground. Sorry buy I'm not sure which one but I bet Google/YouTube knows.

I went and checked it out myself basically all the lights and display flicker. Must be a bad ground somewhere will look into it further.
