drivers window quit working
Drivers window stopped working half way up. Could be just the just the switch? Hopefully not the motor. If is the motor where would the best place be to take it?

OJ, do a Google search on this. Lots if info. Could be your switch, motor or regulator. There are a number of threads that tell you about a method to bump the motor that will get it going again. If that doesn't work check the switch. Again, there are threads on how to get to the switch. Very easy to check.
If it's the regulator there are videos on how to change that out as well.
All of these are something anyone can do without having to go to a shop for repair. Will save you $$.
You can find regulators easy enough on line. Just be aware that certain ACDELCO regulators will requite an adapter plug. There are threads talking about this as well. Also, amazon currently has best prices for the regulator. I know, my driver door needs new one as well.
I'd attach some links but not home where I could get them easily. If you want I can find and attach later.
Others may have some good advice. Lots of very smart folks here.

As BestToyYet said, it could be a lot of things. One is the damn relay inside the door module goes bad, you'll hear it click but the window regulator motor won't be getting voltage. But that being said, my money is on the regulator itself. If you can do it, it's a $31 fix.
