Remove the small rubber line that goes from the PVC Valve to the intake.
Attach the new 3/8" hose to the valve and route it to the coolant tank. Attach the new filter to the metal AC line and connect the hose to the intake side of the filter. The other 3/8" hose now exits the filter and routes back to the intake.
Don,
What ddawson said with one exception. I tie-wrapped mine to the rubber hose and not the AC line. I was worried about the filter and the metal line chaffing.

If you go to the link and look at the picture where the new line attaches over the heads you can see the connection. I cut the plastic and left 11/2" of plastic exposed. I used the cut piece to make the connection to the back of the PCV and the 11/2" rubber cover I had cut to go over the plastic.
I used grease to get the rubber to go over rubber.
What a great forum! Now have the information I was looking for.
