Installing bypass for headlight upgrade - radio flyer instructions say to connect ground to 10mm bolt behind battery near door- can’t figure this one out - have tested a few on the RHS and the only ground I can find is the computer case. Can I use this safely? I guess it just grounds the relay that comes with the kit (to keep low beams on with high).
I’ve got other problems - his instructions show connections to fuses 9 and 10 - located in different places on my 2000 - with #9 as BCM A and #10 as WSW - not what I think I need to be connecting to....

I was going to ask you what did you mean by "bypass for headlights upgrade" - you came up with a good new name for this, by the way! - when I saw that it was to keep the low beams on when changing to high beams, and realized you were trying to install a Hi-4 Harness.
It seems you are working on the wrong fuse box. It is not the one by the passenger's footwell, it is the underhood fuse box. The bolt he is referring to is in the firewall, if I remember well.

Brilliant - thank you - it makes sense now - but ripped my knuckles up farting with the inside fuse box and now have to put it all back together!
