AC power button

My AC power button won't stay on for more than a few seconds, the system has been recharged. All other buttons work fan, mode, and auto.

The system has been recharged but is it holding that charge?

Mine did the same thing, flashed for a few seconds, turned off, and no AC... A new compressor fixed it... GOOD LUCK!

You will need ac gauges to see what the pressures are and what they are dong to even start the troubleshooting. It could be many different things from a bad compressor (expensive) to a bad outside air temp sensor (cheap).
