Default DIC Code C1232H on 98 corvette

Service ABS SYSTEM LIGHT AND TRACTION LIGHT COME ON WHEN I GET UP TO 50 mph. Research code and led me to believe there’s a problem with my LEFT FRONT wheel spend sensor. In forums I read ay be a simple fix. Hook tire off check cable and connections. All seemed fine. Went back and reset code (erased it). BCk up to 50 mph and same problem. If I turn car off the warning lights go off. But come on again @ 50 mph and stay on until I cut off engine. Thoughts? Thanx in advance

Visual inspection isn’t good enough with this problem...do you have a DVOM and know how to measure resistance and AC voltage ??

The car will reset itself during every driving cycle. You cant clear it, it has to be fixed. Do what I did start with the ABS pigtail from the frame to the wheel hub. Then if necessary replace the wheel hub / bearing. You cant monitor the AC voltage without a special scan tool.

You CAN check the wheel speed sensor...it produces AC voltage and can be read with a multimeter !!
