Battery drain
So I just switched out the batter on my 19989 c5 and the gauge still Mark's at 11.0 volts, I was also getting a reduced power message, checked the codes, but oddly enough no crank. Than when I pull out fuse 25 from the foot panel and reinsert the car now fully cranks but start. I've trouble shouted from what I've seen on, if anyone can PM or give me a call I would deeply appreciate the help.

Make sure your battery is fully charged and load tested at your local auto parts outlet like Autozone, Oriellys or such. After ensuring your battery is OK, and car cranks but doesn't start check Tach and see that it's moving if not you may have a bad crank sensor, and check for fuel pressure, do you hear the fuel pump come on when you turn the key to the on position, and check for spark by pulling one of the spark plug wires off and placing it next to a ground on the engine. Always use a DMM to measure battery voltage, and measure with the ground cable disconnected.
