Default 1998 C5 Corvette LM7 Swap

Hi everyone, I have a 1998 C5 Corvette with a T56 transmission that I bought back in February that has a 5.3L LM7. Back in May I brought it to a body shop to get 2 panels fixed and they later seized my engine. My friend offered and gave me a free 5.3L LM7 with the ecu and wiring harness a few weeks ago. The problem is the engine and ecu and wiring harness were sitting outside for 2-3 years. This is my first time I will ever build an LS engine and I was curious is there anything that I could reuse on the old engine to put onto the new engine? These are the mods done to the car:

*706 heads with 2” valves
*LS6 Intake
*LS9 MLS head gasket
*TRP Bolts
*Comp Cam 234

•Borla axle back exhaust and BBK headers
•Stage 2 RPM differential with 3.90 gears
•Fresh rebuilt Z06 torque tube with new bearings
•12mm bolts and new bushings
•New clutch, clutch master cylinder, and flywheels only has less than 5,000 miles on it

For this engine, I DON’T want to send it to the machine shop, I’m trying to keep it between a $1,000-$2,000 budget. Another thing is I would like to do is a new cam preferably a BTR cam. Is there any cam kits you guys can recommend for me if I use the stock 706 heads? I would like horsepower numbers around 400. Also what should I replace before throwing the new LM7 into the Corvette? Could I re-use the same flywheel? Thank you everyone for the help!
