Need help - 2002 C5 coupe AC doesn't work
Update --- I'd like to be able to say that I fixed this but I actually don't really know what I did. I didn't add or change anything additional and only cleaned the sockets for the air conditioning fuses. For some reason it started to work again so I guess that was the problem.

The P1546 (A/C Clutch Feedback Low Voltage) is an HVAC code. First see if the A/C Fuse 24 is good...you can check with a DVOM or a 12 volt test light...key must be ON to check the fuse...if the fuse is good remove A/C CLU Relay #34...try swapping it with another relay...horn relay is a good one to swap with...if A/C now works replace the relay. If it doesn't fix it with key ON see if you have 12 volts on at least 2 terminals of the relay (87 and 86) which are circled !!..2 terminals closest to engine)...one is the "load side" (which energizes the A/C clutch) and the "control side" which closes the load side contacts. See wiring which is from my "01...other HVAC codes can be addressed later.
If you have power at 2 of the relay terminals get yourself some wire and jump pins 87 and 30 of the relay...( the relay numbers are on the bottom of the relay) this should power the A/C compressor clutch...if no good see will have to see if you have 12 volts at the dark green wire at the compressor clutch...you may have an open wire there or high resistance at the connector at the A/C compressor or a bad ground at G102 if you do have power at the connector !!
