You probably have to replace the hazard switch.....I put a new one in last year.....not an easy job but doable. There’s YouTube videos showing the procedure.
Hyper flash harness will be here today. Hopefully this will resolve the problem and bypass the issue with having to replace the hazard switch.
The only downside that I noticed is that when a turn signal bulb is burnt out, the the flasher light on the dash works normal instead of the rapid flashing like before. So just check your blinkers once in awhile.
They should blink at same normal speed as before you installed harness.
So what is the hyperflash reference in the part name besides the fact it fixes the problem without having to replace the hazard switch causing my blinkers to fail. I don’t mind the normal operation, just curious.

The harness is to prevent hyperflash when aftermarket LED lights are installed. I guess they flash way too fast sometimes.
