Both look like they go together and should be for the knock sensors. The clip on the larger connector should clip onto a bracket on the intake. I personally eliminated the bracket and just tucked the wires behind the manifold.

I found this picture from a search for you rather then telling you to search yourself. Figure I need at least one person on here who likes me. Anyway, in the picture if you look at the drivers side rear of the intake you will see a bracket attached by the 2 rear most bolts. It does a 90 degree turn up behind the fuel rail. The clip attaches to that with the connector facing rearward
. Sorry I couldn't find a picture showing it actually attached.
