Took a long drive today, parked for 10 minutes, got in and started the car and got the pull key message. I have previously done the lmc5 mod. No previous battery issues. Any ideas?
I was getting that. Went to a seminar at Carlisle last year where “The Corvette Mechanic” Paul Koerner said almost always due to voltage issues (lack of). He recommended ACDelco battery 78PSHR as it has most reserve capacity of batteries that fit the C5’s. I ordered one at a dealership and it had more RC than the model their computer recommended. I haven’t had that issue since installing the 78PSHR.

My car is a 2000, auto.
Did you do the 'Brown Wire" optional connection? If not, try that.

I always get nervous that one of these days, it's not going to let me go anywhere. My LMC5 is less than a year old. Hopefully it was an anomaly. Thanks for chiming in, Rob
