Default Left over plug??

Ok so I have installed a Dorman LS2 intake and LS2 throttle body (silver blade) on my LS1. After using the two adapter harnesses for the MAP and throttle body control I have a left over plug on the original harness?? It is blue and pinkish in color and is on the drivers side of the harness. I have everything plugged in that corresponded to a plug and this one has no where to go. I have removed the smog pump and air inlets. Am I missing something here??
