What do you mean by won’t start? Cranks but no fire? Won’t crank? Lights come on?

The "H" means they are HISTORY codes an are not a currently active DTC...I'd go ahead and erase them and see what might come back after the next ignition cycle !!

Default c5 won't start
don't have a clue whats going on now at first no dash lights, nothing and now i have all dash lights but nothing happens whem i turn key to start

yes battery terminals tight and its reading 13.7 volts on the dash
