Default LS6 Intake Question - Problem

I bought this LS6 Intake off of e-Bay to swap out on my 2000 Hatchback. I'm planning on pulling the intake when I replace and relocate my oil sending unit. It will be a few weeks before I get an opportunity to do so. As you can see in the pictures that it has a broken tab. Looking at the tab, it seems to just push in. Can I use the tab off my LS1 Intake and just replace it? If not, how important is this tab? I'm trying to decide if I should contact the seller and complain about it. If I had the car local, I would just look myself, but I'm currently in Kentucky and the Vette is in Texas. Thanks for the input!

Yeah as long as its the same you should be good. Looks just like a harness conduit retainer clip, or maybe for the hard emission or PCV tubing

As torchred said, it is just a retention clip for the PCV line that runs along the intake manifold. I wouldn’t sweat it. It won’t impact the functionality and will still work fine.
