Largest Cam???

Hello All, :D

I have a 2001, coupe, 6spd.
What is the largest (lift/dur) cam that I can use with the factory heads??
What if I use titanium retainers??

I do not want the "largest" but I want to know what my upper end is...

I think somewhere around 230 intake duration and 0.590" intake lift is pushing it with a 112 lsa. You can go higher than that on the exhaust side though.

Thanks! I think I would stay with 114 lsa just for emissions and idle quality. I was actually looking at one of the TR 227/224 or 224/227.
