I recently found a few codes on my car. I hope someone can give me a few ideas to resolve them. Here are the codes

the car has a service engine light on and has said reduced power, low voltage, and charging system failure. I tested the battery and it’s showing 12 volts. The alternator test good as well. Any tips or Advice are greatly appreciated.
Your battery has only 12 volts ???...how was this tested ??...FULLY charged battery will be 12.66 volts...a P1518 can set because of low battery voltage !!...how old is the battery ???...if over 3 years old I would take it to your friendly parts store and have it load tested !!...how was the alternator tested ???

I retested the battery and it showed 12.26 with the car off. I used a volt meter my father had.
After the battery charges over night read the battery voltage...like I said 12.66 volts is fully charged....if you can’t get a full charge that battery may be bad !!...measure battery voltage with car running and all the loads off..,then turn on blower, headlights, defroster etc and see what the charging voltage is with loads on.. report back !!

Ok. I took the car to autozone to have the battery and alternator tested. I was told both showed to be working normally. I now have the following codes showing

I would clear all those history" codes now and drive the car for a while and before you shut it off check the codes again and see if any of those DTC's are showing "current"....I'd check the battery again with your multimeter after the car has been driven and see what it reads....if it reads 12.26 volts either have a bad battery or a faulty charging system...let us know...the P1518 and C1278 are most likely tied in to one another !!...also you may have just enough juice to start the car but some of those modules may not be "happy" !!
