converters stink
Every time I jump on the throttle thru a couple of gears the catalytic converters stink. This is with a stock 02 LS1 with a hole cut in the stock air box lid. Anyone else with same?

Same problem with mine after adding headers. Replies to a thread I posted said bad cats or running too rich, most likely the too rich part. I'm planning to do tuning to hopefully fix mine.

I have a stock 02 LS1 with hole cut in lid and and K&N filter. No smell. It pinged a little for the first ~40 miles or so but then the computer added fuel and all was better (picked 13rwhp/13rwtq too :yesnod: )
