C5 Trans, diff, axles? - When to start upgrading parts?

I have about 525 RWHP from a V3 Si Vortech supercharger. (engine is bone stock except for LS6 Springs).
I mainly drive street but like to go the the dragstrip 2-3 times a year for fun. I never dump the clutch higher than about 2k rpms as I do not really care about the 60' time, I am more interested in the MPH.
I have street tires (no slicks or ET streets) and avoid wheel-hop / drive-train shake as best I can. If i ever experience it on a launch ---- I let off immediately.
So far, I haven't broken anything - probably made about 25 passes and am running 11.75 at 125 MPH. 60' times are slow- 2.0 to 2.1 - so clearly not a lot of stress there.
Question, given all the info above, does anyone think I need to upgrade any part of my C5 M6 drivetrain?
I would rather prevent breakage by adding parts now - rather than fix more things when something breaks.
Longer term goals for this car would be to get a mild cam and a little more boost to get to a trap speed of 130 MPH while and not using drag slicks.
Your opinions would be appreciated!!
Thanks in advance.
Ken
