Mirror bulb issues
Took off my non-dimming rv mirror to replace bulbs with LEDs. Cleaned out the gunk and put it back. Now the LEDs stay on dim with the switches off. When I push them to on, the bulbs get bright.

I took the mirror off with a torx 20 tip. That stopped me from contorting myself to look up under the mirror while the e-brake tried to violate me.
I think the clips were hitting the led circuit board. I switched bulbs and pinched the clips so they held tighter on the 2nd set of LED bulbs. And used alcohol pads to clean out the bulb clips and wires from the old bits of foam inside the rear view mirror.
Now they go out like the should and come on when I open the doors.
