Clutch advice
The drivetrain is going to be coming out of my 2004 C5 soon and I might as well do a clutch at the same time (currently 150K miles on it). I have a brand new LS7 clutch and Fidanza aluminum LS7 flywheel in a box on the shelf (was purchased for a project car that got scrapped) so that was my default. However, I'm going to be doing a set of 243s and ASA cam in the near future so I'm questioning if the LS7 disk/pressure plate are the way to go. Currently the car has 1-7/8" LTs with no cats and stingers.
It's a DD/weekend cruiser toy but my friends are pushing me to come get into autocross/open track days (amateur/have fun stuff).

I have a BT 2 stage cam, 243 heads and headers on my 99 and the LS 7 clutch works great, also our C 6 Z06 with about 580 to the rear is Auto X'ed and driven hard with 85 k on it original clutch ??? make sure you do the shim procedure on the slave !!!!!
