twin turbo retune needed
I just finish up with the engine rebuild, on my car it runs fair but I think it will need retuned, can I have it retuned now as it is getting cooler here in Nebraska or would it be better to wait and have it retuned once it gets warmer again?

If you haven't had it tuned in cold weather, you definitely stand to gain some improvement at least on true cold starts. Different cells are used in cold weather, so if the ambient temperature hasn't been though low then the cells are only tuned at a best guess if at all

I am really looking to find out if it makes a difference if I have my car tuned at 50 degrees, or 90 degrees? I only drive it in the summer months and store it in the winter. Is their an ideal temperature to have your car tuned at?

Once it's up to temperature, the tune shouldn't need adjusting. Althought, with a fresh engine rebuild, if you changed anything major like heads, cam, or fixed any major problems it already had, I'd want the tune checked to be safe anyway
