Ebcm

Took my 2000 in to replace the EBCM on to find out that the parts store sold me the wrong part. Would someone confirm that to correct part # IS O936021, V OR M. THANKS

I think you have to look at your RPO Label in the glovebox . As far as I know if you have active handling RPO JL4 you must have EBCM with V letter .
On my 2000 I do not not have active handling so I need a EBCM with letter M.

Just curious. What parts store? The EBTCM for 97-00 cars has been discontinued and only available used for years now.

Heres what happen, found on line bought it. Turned out it was the wrong module not the EBCM. So before I search I want to have the right part # and letter. Somehow some way I will find one, used or rebuilt. The dealer said they would install it but I have to get it, I can understand that.

Is this partnumber correct? I think 0936021 shall be 0936921?
