2002 Z06 Head Gaskets

Does anyone have the part #'s for the 2002 Z06 head gaskets? Going to swap heads next month and wanted something a bit stronger for my '00..

We have the part numbers at the shop. Give us a call. The gaskets come with all necessary parts to change heads. Like intake gaskets, head bolts, and exhaust gaskets.

Yes, but you want the whole gasket kit which includes the bolts... as they should never be reused. :) ... as per the GM manual.

If you plan on swapping heads often, I would get the Cometic gaskets because they can be re-used. Or at least I was told so.

yes, Cometics can be reused. that's the nice thing about Multi-Layer Steel!!! Now, if FLP would make an MLS replacement gasket for their headers....

Earlier today I was told to make sure that my new heads won't have a "notch" in them. Apparantly, certain model year(s) had a notch in the heads. I don't know what they are talking about, but it had something to do with coolant leaking if I don't stick with the certain year gaskets. Is this true for all LS1's or just F-Body's? :confused: I appreciate all the help you guys or gals are giving me.. :cheers:
