Frustrated
I purchased a product from Auto Zone to glue my rear view mirror to the window.(3) times later to no avail,I still have a loose mirror.I cleaned the old adhesive off the mirror and window and applied fresh glue, it didn't help a bit. Any suggestions? :chevy :chevy :flag :flag :chevy :chevy

I recently fixed a mirror in one of my vehicles, used a mirror fix kit from Pep Boys, worked like magic. Its been at least three months and the mirror is solid. Just my .02 cents. :chevy :flag

make sure the w/s is not cold...keep in the garage overnight and be sure to use the primer bottle included...should have no problems...let the bracket only stay on for 24 hours may help :yesnod:

Thanks,guys! Its off to Pep Boys to buy the kit.Ihope it works.The mirror vobrates so bad I can't tell if its an 18 wheeler behind my car or a motorcycle.A slight exageration,but you get the picture(or reflection). :chevy :chevy :flag :flag :chevy :chevy

Rod,
-If your button isn't loose, it could be that the setcrew holding mirror to button is loose. When I start seeing double in my rearview mirror, I tighthen up the set screw, that fixes it.
