A4 fluid fill??????
Just finished putting in a ST3500, 3:73 gears, Transgo shift kit and FLP Long Tube Headers. Does anybody know how to refilll the transmission. The plug on the drivers side seems to be more of a drain plug than a fill plug. I have the fluid pump and the Amsoil all set to go. Just need some advice to get this baby wrapped up and dynoed before the snow sets in. Thanks :p:

The plug on the tranny is the fill/check plug, full level is even with the bottom of the hole with engine running, tranny in N after being shifted through all gears for 5 seconds each. You'll want to pump in as much as the pan will hold, then start the engine and go through the gears, then quickly get back under the car and keep pumping more in until it dribbles back out. Let the car run until the dripping slows, then put the plug back in. Don't shut off the engine until the plug is in, otherwise you lose a bunch of fluid, leaving the level too low.
