2004 C5 corvette PCM pinouts
...all you need to do is move one wire from pin 52 (on the P01) to pin 75 (on the P59).
You will need to disable some fault codes related to O2 sensors. Or with some extra work you can run your O2 sensor grounds through the new PCM, and it will monitor their current consumption, but it's not clear that's worth the trouble.
And either way you'll need to get the PCM and BCM re-acquainted with each other, there's a post here that covers that:
