You may need to pull fuse #27 (HVAV CON) which is "hot at all times" and is located in the passengers footwell for a few minutes and reinstall...see if that works !!...also see if you have any DTC's (HVAC Actuators) stored...access them trough the DIC if you don't have a scan tool !!
You should certainly check for codes but on a C5 that is often the first symptom of a low charge. If there are no codes that would be the next thing I would check.
If you use a scanner to check it will need to be a good one. Most of the lower cost handhelds will not pick up C5 hvac codes. Use the DIC, you don't have hook any thng up and it is right in front of you.
Do you have the dual zone climate control option? If you do, check where the passenger climate control **** Is set. If it is set directly between hot (red) and cold (blue), the temperature should be the same as the drivers side. If the passenger climate control **** is turned all the way to cold, the passenger side will be colder than the drivers side.
