Default Power Seat Module Interchangeable?

Are the earlier and later Power Seat Control Modules for the driver side interchangeable? I have a 99 coupe that needs a module and I can't seem to find any of the old part #10435193 from a reliable source. The new part #10342158 for the 2002-2005 seem to be more available but I'm not 100% certain they will work. I need the module with the memory seating which I believe those numbers cover.

There are a few threads on the topic but I didn't see a final definitive answer.

PM sent! Buying from an active senior member here sounds better than an unknown auction site vendor.

Still curious if anyone knows if the parts interchange. Hopefully this deal works out and I dont have to experiment and find out.
