Could someone please tell me how to aim the high beams? My low beams are right on but one side of my high beam is WAAAAY off. One guess is my 9005 bulb is not fully inserted...
i guess my question is can you use the same adjusting method as the low beam? For that matter do you even have adj screws for the high beams or is it all in one?
There is no high beam adjustment, only low beams. The entire headlight assembly moves *up & down and side to side* via the two adjusters screws.
For the correct headlight adjustment procedure, see the service manual. It's easy. Again, it gives the numbers for low beams only....the highs are along for the ride.
There is only one adjustment for the headlight assembly. I have always adjusted the high beam for best light down the road since I think it is most important for night driving, and let the low beam shine wherever, as long as it isn't into oncoming drivers eyes. Usually when you are driving on low beams, it's because you're around other cars and in city lights so the exact position of the low beam isn't that important. I want the high beam to give me maxium illumination down the road in the dark.
