I’m waiting on a custom tune but I had to run a data log and download my tune to my tuner and the guy doing my tune said I have an serious air leak. Said I’m reading lean +19%. I’m not seeing anything obvious under the hood but I did notice this on the drivers side which is uncapped while the passenger side has a cap? Is this normal?
That's the fuel rail. Atmospheric pressure (14.7 psi give or take) is not going to push into the pressurized fuel rail. You need to be looking at all your rubber hoses hooked into the air intake system for cracks. You might not be able to find anything visually so spray around seams and hoses and clamps with some brake clean and listen for the engine to rev up to find the leak.
I like oharal's suggestions of spraying a fluid like brake clean around the various rubber hoses and connectors. If one of those has a tear, for example, engine idle will change when the brake clean gets sucked in through the vacuum leak.
If the intake was off check the hoses on the back of the intake manifold
I just did this, and I’m not 100% sure I got all the hoses reinstalled on the back of the intake manifold. What is the MAP Reading supposed to be at idle? Mine is 35 kpa.
