Transmission won't shift
Transmission wouldnt shift and just let the rpm raise so i figured just put a new transmission. Put in a transmission with 60k miles and for the first 40 miles it ran fine but now it does the same thing. Shifts from 1 to 2 sometimes to 3 but after that it wont shift only raise the rpms. Any help would be much appreciated.

We will presume you filled it properly. Did you flush the lines to clean out the old fluid? My thinking is the cooler lines are clogged or the rad cooler and reduced fluid flow thereby burning up the trans. Condition of fluid??? Brownish red or burnt smell???
