Default blower motor not working at all tests completed so far

Ok edited this whole thing because i goofed on the rest. So Im not getting voltage to the blower motor and im not 100% sure what im looking at. Im getting anywhere from 0 volts to .035 volts raising the blower motor from low to max on my display. Getting 12v and ground to the black wire and red wire, then the variable voltage from the tan wire. I guess my thing is, is this pointing to the blower motor controller being bad? Or am i not getting enough voltage from the head unit?

Hard to say for me, although I had a blower motor fail in my GTO, and it was a multiple hundred dollars to repair at a regular shop.

There is a relay in the passenger foot well above the BCM that could be bad or have a bad connection.
I wouldn't think the control is bad if you can get a varied voltage on the tan wire.
There is a blower module on the back side of the blower motor that could be out and I believe there are two fuses that power the hvac unit in the fuse box also

Which HVAC system do you have, Dual Zone or manual?
If you apply power directly to the blower motor (after disconnecting it from its controller) does it work? If so then the controller is bad.
For the dual zone system it is a digital motor speed controller. For the manual system it is a resistor.

I have the dual zone automatic, I guess there is no test to verify im not having an issue with the head unit itself then? Also i did pull it apart and saw no damage i could see in the resistor thats on the car.

Well follow up, it was indeed the blower motor control module. Weird that nothing was wrong on the circuit board, but it was indeed bad.
