Heating Noise
Hi Folks,
I have searched through the treads and dont believe I have seen anyone comment before so I will ask. Here is my issue C5 2004, when I turn the heater on it start making this Siren noise and not all the the time,but mostly after it gets warm. The noise reminds me of an old police or ambulance siren. i.e. high low high low and stops when I turn off the heat also it seems to be coming from the center of the dash. Any thoughts? maybe someone could point me to a good heating system diagram as well?

Was your car in storage? Mice love to make nests in the blower motor fan and it makes all kinds of noise when the blower is turned on. The Blower motor is accessed from under the glove box. Take the panels down and pull the blower motor and fan and check it for a nest/debris.
