You’re right. I believe they were set wrong. I just had no way to align the actuators to the shafts. It was like they were almost perpendicular. Talked to several people who said there’s popped right on—including this Four Seasons brand from Rock Auto.
Now that I know...I’m happy help them next guy facing this issue.
