I've been neck-deep researching this stuff as well since I have an upcoming clutch job, and suspect my LSD is more of a SD right now... and thinking/hoping the bearings are all in good shape because I haven't noticed any noise/vibration from the rear end.

You can get them from most GM Parts suppliers...Shop wisely as the prices for these items range widely!
