Dead in my garage
DEAD IN MY GARAGE-
My C5 has been tucked away in my Garage with Trickle Charger on nearly 100% of the time. Except when I get it out for a Drive. Last time I drove it(about one month ago) then returned to my Garage. Did not put the Trickle Charger on it at that time. After a few days decided to fire up the Engine for a warm up. Then, back on the Charger it goes. Dead as could be.Put the Charger on waited couple days & stil dead. Not to appear stupid, but could this simply be a Batttery Issue. There's now a consistent Clicking on the far left side of the Engine. Prolly will pull out the Battery for a Battery Check anyways Barrery is barely 2 years old.. Would appreciate any other thoughts on this.

If you had the battery on a charger for a few days and still no good the FIRST thing I would do is have the battery tested...then go from there !!

If there's no problem with the battery, I would make sure that battery cable connections are clean and tight, would also check the cable connections at the starter solenoid, make sure they are clean and tight, and lastly your starter solenoid could be starting to fail, that clicking sound could be coming from the starter solenoid.
