Default Front O2 codes after LTH

Looking for some advice after a long tube header install a few weeks ago... I had LG catless headers installed by a reputable shop. The shop flashed a base mail-order tune because I opted against a dyno tune since I plan on doing more performance mods in the near future. All the correct steps were taken with the rear O2 codes being eliminated and the rear sensors getting transferred to the front. But after about 30 miles a CEL popped showing front O2 sensor codes (P0133 & P0153). If I clear it, it always comes back after another 30 miles. Any suggestions on a remedy for this situation?

Sounds like you need to get the tune checked.

Second time I’ve heard this. Only other suggestion was bad sensors but both at the same time right after install doesn’t seem right. Thanks 👍🏼
