Default Disabling Oil Level Sensor with Dry Sump.

Converting to a dry sump and obviously the oil level senor in the pan won't work with the dry sump pan. Trying to find out if anyone has a easy way to disable the sensor so I don't have a warning on the dash at all times. I haven't pulled the pan yet to see what the sensor looks like. Hoping to do it all in one shot in one day so trying to plan ahead.

Edit, I might have answered my own question. I just googled what the sensor looks like and it looks like it uses a float. So I can in theory just glue the float up and zip tie it out of the way.

I guess that was the original question. Does it require X amount of resistance or can I just butt connect em together?
