Default Overheated Engine - Coolant

Last year at a half mile event, my supercharged 01Z sheared the end of the power steering/alternator bracket off that was holding an idler pulley. This happened on my first pass at the event, and right in the middle of it, so I had no idea what happened at first. My 1/2 mile pass was a low MPH, so I started cycling through the gauges to see what was wrong and noticed the coolant temps spiking. I looked at the other gauges and then back at the coolant temp to see it approaching 260. I reached over and shut the engine off just as it tapped 260 and I saw the "engine overtemp" warning flash just as I shut everything off. Coasted to a stop and left about 20ft of coolant on the ground as it boiled over.

I just now got around to replacing the bracket and fired the car up after topping off the coolant (was still over half full, no idea what the level was before the incident). I did a short version of the manuals coolant change/burp procedure since my neighbors are home and the car is extremely loud. At the end, the car seemed to get to 198F and stop (normal, I have my fans set to come on earlier). All seems well.

My question: Should I be concerned about air trapped in the block somewhere since coolant boiled over last September? Should I do anything different than I already have? I do plan to drain all the coolant soon and refill the entire system with fresh Dexcoool. I just want to be sure there is no air in the block, and I'm not entirely sure how to determine that if the car and its temps seem fine.

Thanks!
