Default Question on head gaskets

I am getting ready to do my heads/cam swap and just picked up my new head gaskets. I'm somewhat confused by all the different options available for 97-00 and a different part number for later LS1s Can someone explain the difference? I have a 2000 LS1 and will be putting on a set of 243s that came off a truck. No idea the year of the truck. I bought a set of:

GM Performance Parts 12498544 Head Gasket

Now I'm wondering if I am ok using them.

Any help would be appreciated.

No problem, .051 mls gasket. As long as it isn't a Amazon or ebay counterfeit gasket

These looked legit. I did get a counterfeit AC Delco ignition switch from Amazon. Anyway, thanks for the info.

I used the #544 on my LS1 with AFR heads, runs strong.
